4 Things Actors Should Know About Uploading a Demo Reel to Actors Access

Actors Access wants the video file, not a link

The upload runs off an MP4 sitting on your computer, so the first job is getting a copy of your reel out of wherever it currently lives. If your reel is on YouTube, you pull the file down first and then upload it.

Pull the MP4 out of YouTube Creator Studio

Sign in at YouTube using the option in the upper right, then open Creator Studio. Your reel is usually right there on the dashboard, and if not, select View All. Click the down arrow button and download the MP4 to your computer.

Manage Media is the tab you are looking for

Once you log in to Actors Access, click Manage Media, then choose Add New Performance Video. That gives you a browse option so you can upload the file straight from your computer.

No Manage Media tab? Go through Manage My Profile

If Manage Media is not showing in your menu, select Manage My Profile and then the Media option. It lands you on the same upload screen.
